Assembly and Installation

Griddle and Griddle Storage

Similar to installing a drawer, you need to have a cutout on your barbecue island as shown in Figure3. Align the enclosure as shown, opening facing out. Make sure the enclosure is aligned horizontally. Tighten the mounting screws on both side of the enclosure to lock the enclosure in place. Slide the grid- dle into the enclosure to test the installation.
