Warranty

This Wireless Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor is covered by a lifetime warranty.

A&D Medical (the “Company”) warrants to the first retail purchaser that this A&D Medical Wireless Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor (the “Product”) will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the life of the original owner. To obtain warranty service for such defects, return the Product, freight and insurance prepaid, together with satisfactory proof of date of purchase such as a sales receipt and shipping costs to:

Include a check for return shipping and insurance. Contact A&D Medical at 1-888-726-9966 for appropriate shipping costs.

At A&D Medical’s option, the Company will repair or replace any Product found to be defective and return it to you. (Any replacement product may be new or refurbished.) This warranty will not apply if the defect or malfunction results from: subjecting the Product to any but the specified voltage; modification, alteration or repairs of the Product by persons not authorized by A&D Medical; misuse, abuse, damage during transit or lack of reasonable care with respect to the Product; or failure to follow the written instructions enclosed with the Product.

THE WARRANTY AND REMEDY PROVIDED ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. IN NO EVENT SHALL A&D MEDICAL BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, WHETHER RESULTING FROM BREACH OF WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF A&D MEDICAL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH INCONVENIENCE, DAMAGE OR LOSS.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damage, so that the above exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that may vary from state to state.

A&D Medical assumes no responsibility with regard to the use of this product. Every effort has been made to ensure that the information in this manual is accurate. A&D Medical is not responsible for printing or clerical errors.

Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operations.
