GARANTÍA LIMITADA

Lapresentegarantíaseextiendeúnicamentealcompradororiginaldenuestrosproductosyseentiende sin perjuicio de los derechos legalmente establecidos.

Invacare/Rehadap-Grupo Invacare garantiza que los productos elaborados estarán exentos de defectos de materiales y mano de obra durante un período de tres (3) años para el elevador y un (1) año para las bandas y componentes eléctricos, desde la fecha de compra. Si dentro del período de garantía se acredita a satisfacción de Rehadap-Grupo Invacare la existencia de algún defecto en el producto cubierto por la misma, dicho producto será reparado o reemplazado a opción de Rehadap- Grupo Invacare. Las obligaciones asumidas por Rehadap-Grupo Invacare y los derechos concedidos al comprador original al amparo de la presente garantía se limitan exclusivamente a dicha reparación o reemplazo.

Cuando necesite un servicio cubierto por la garantía, por favor póngase en contacto con el Departamento de Servicios de Rehadap-Grupo Invacare durante el horario normal de atencíon. Al notificarse la posible existencia de un defecto en un producto, Rehadap-Grupo Invacare le asignará una autorización de devolución codificada con la cual autorizará el retorno del mismo. El producto será entonces enviado con portes pagados, bien a la fábrica, bien al centro de servicios, según especifique Rehapad-Grupo Invacare. El o los componentes defectuosos deberán ser enviados para su inspección al amparo de la presente garantiá usando el número de serie como identificación a efectos identificativos y dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes a la fecha de expedición de la autorización de devolución. Por favor, NO envíe productos a nuestra fábrica sin previa autorización.
