REGLES DE SECURITE (SUITE)

ATTENTION

N’UTILISEZ AUCUN objet (tel qu’alèse ou coussin) entre le patient et le harnais afin d’éviter tout risque de chute lors du transfert.

Utilisez TOUJOURS la sangle de couleur codée du harnais de station verticale la plus proche du patient tout en veillant à la stabilité et au confort du patient.

Des harnais usés, déchirés, entaillés, effilochés ou cassés sont dangereux et leur utilisation peut entraîner des blessures graves.

NE MODIFIEZ PAS les harnais.

Avant d’effectuer le transfert, soulevez le patient à quelques centimètres au dessus de la surface sur laquelle il est assis et vérifiez de nouveau que le harnais est correctement accroché aux points de fixation du Stand Up Lift. Si le harnais n’est PAS correctement accroché, redescendez le patient sur la surface et accrochez correctement le harnais.

Durant le transfert et lorsque le patient est suspendu dans le harnais fixé au Stand Up Lift, NE DEPLACEZ PAS le Stand Up Lift sur une surface inégale telle que tapis, bordure de tapis, encadrement de porte ou tout autre obstacle qui risquerait de déséquilibrer le Stand Up Lift et entraîner une chute. Utilisez TOUJOURS la poignée sur l’axe vertical pour pousser ou tirer le Stand Up Lift.

Le serrage et l’usure éventuelle des boulons des roulettes et des pivots doivent être vérifiés tous les six (6) mois.

Après les 12 premiers mois, vérifiez l’usure éventuelle de tous les points de pivot, d’attache et de fermeture. Si le métal présente des signes d’usure, les éléments défectueux doivent OBLIGATOIREMENT être remplacés. Par la suite, effectuez cette vérification tous les trois

(3) mois.

Le moteur électrique est scellé à l’usine et en cas de panne, il doit OBLIGATOIREMENT y être renvoyé afin d’être réparé. NE TENTEZ PAS d’ouvrir le moteur ou de le faire réparer par une tierce partie. Ceci entraînerait L’ANNULATION de la garantie et risquerait d’endommager l’appareil et d’occasionner des réparations coûteuses. Adressez-vous à votre revendeur ou directement à Invacare pour de plus amples détails.

Un entretien régulier du Stand Up Lift et de ses accessoires est nécessaire afin d’assurer le bon fonctionnement de l’appareil.

INSTRUCTIONS RELATIVES À LA PRISE DE TERRE:

NE COUPEZ ou N’ENLEVER en aucun cas, la fiche de terre sur la prise de courant d’un appareil Invacare. Certains appareils sont équipés de prise à trois fiches (prise de terre) pour protéger contre les risques d’électrocution. Si la prise murale est une prise à deux fiches, l’installation d’une prise murale à trois fiches par un électricien qualifié conformément aux normes du Code Electrique National, relève de votre responsabilité personnelle. Si vous devez utiliser une rallonge électrique, utilisez UNIQUEMENT une rallonge

àtrois fiches et assurez-vous que la tension de la rallonge soit égale ou supérieure à celle de l’appareil. En outre, des ETIQUETTES ROUGES ET ORANGE rappelant les PRECAUTIONS D’EMPLOI ont été placées sur certains appareils. N’ENLEVEZ PAS ces étiquettes. Lisez attentivement les informations relatives à la batterie et au chargeur de batterie avant la mise en marche et la révision de Votre Stand Up Lift.

LIMITE DE POIDS

NE DEPASSEZ PAS la limite de poids maximum. La limite de poids maximum est de 159 kg., indépendamment des limites de poids relatives aux accessoires. 159 kg uten hensyn til den største tillatte vekten til tilbehør.
