Item Table Offset	00 .. 65535	This parameter specifies a one-based offset into the SPABUS
		Item Table, A070ITEM, for the data item to be returned to the
		master.
		00 indicates a spare point.
		☞NOTE:	It is the user's responsibility to ensure the
			SPABUS data item being mapped contains
			the correct data type for this mapping table.
