Utilisation avec la table de toupillage

AVERTISSEMENT

Pour utilisation en toute sécurité, veuillez lire et comprendre ce mode d’emploi de la

défonceuse et le mode d’emploi de la table de toupillage avant d’utiliser l’un ou l’autre.

 

 

Votre défonceuse peut également être utilisée en table de toupillage.

MONTAGE DE L'EMBASE DE LA DÉFONCEUSE SUR LA

PLAQUE DE MONTAGE

1.Retirez d'abord la sous-embase de la défonceuse.

2.Attachez la défonceuse à la plaque de montage de la table de toupillage en utilisant trois vis mécaniques fraisées à pointe cruciforme de 1/4 po x 20, avec rondelles et écrous (Fig. 20). Leur longueur dépendra de l’épaisseur de votre table de toupillage ou de la plaque de montage de votre table de toupillage.

Si la plaque de montage de votre table de toupillage n’est pas munie de trous fraisés, vous devrez déterminer l’emplacement des trous, les percer et les fraiser.

BRANCHEZ LA DÉFONCEUSE ET L’INTERRUPTEUR DE

LA TABLE DE TOUPILLAGE Pour préparer l’utilisation de l’interrupteur :

1.Assurez-vous que l’interrupteur de la défonceuse et celui de la table de toupillage sont tous les deux en position arrêt.

2.Branchez le cordon de l’interrupteur de la table de toupillage sur une prise murale.

3.Branchez la défonceuse dans la prise pendante de l’interrupteur de la table de toupillage.

4.Verrouillez l’interrupteur de la défonceuse sur marche : appuyez sur la gâchette, enfoncez le bouton de verrouillage et relâchez la gâchette.

5.Utilisez l’interrupteur de la table de toupillage pour démarrer et arrêter la défonceuse.

RÉGLAGE DE LA PROFONDEUR

Référez-vous à la section consacrée au mouvement de plongée, à la tige et à la tourelle de profondeur, et aux réglages fins, aux pages 24 et 25.

AVANCE DE LA PIÈCE SUR UNE TABLE DE

TOUPILLAGE

Utilisez toujours le guide de votre table ou le goujon d’appui et le capot approprié et suivez le mode d’emploi de votre table de toupillage.

Poussez TOUJOURS la pièce de droite à gauche en la faisant passer sur le devant du fer. Sur les tables de toupillage Bosch, le sens d’avance correct est également indiqué sur le boîtier du guide ainsi que sur les planches en éventail si ces accessoires ont été installés correctement. (Fig. 21)

Si possible, quand vous utilisez le guide, employez une baguette pour pousser la pièce, surtout pour les pièces étroites.

Pour des instructions complètes relatives au fonctionnement d’une défonceuse en table de

toupillage, veuillez vous reporter aux instructions qui accompagnent la table de toupillage.
