The HP POD 240e NA is Listed to UL 69050 Part 1 and Part 22 as an Information Technology Product and Classified in accordance with the National Electric Code NFPA 70.

The HP POD 240e NA is not habitable or suitable for human occupancy. The HP POD 240e NA is Listed as a Product that provides Service Access Areas for periodic maintenance and service. Access to these areas must be controlled and available for use only by owner-authorized and qualified personnel who are trained in the maintenance and service of the HP POD 240e NA components. For more information, see "HP POD 240e NA regulatory compliance (on page 85)."

IMPORTANT: Before installing the HP POD 240e NA, consult your local AHJ for applicable regulations and to review site-specific location guidelines. If needed, obtain any necessary permits.

The HP POD 240e NA is Listed as an Information Technology Equipment Product to UL 60950.

The HP POD 240e NA is evaluated as a "non-inhabitable product" that provides "service access" areas for customer-authorized, qualified, and trained service personnel.

The electrical connections of the HP POD 240e NA are evaluated as feeder connections for connection to an existing facility. The electrical connections are not suitable as "service entrance" for connection to the utility.
