D1265 Owner's Manual Part IV: Multi-Area Use

Move To Area (CMD + 5 + 0)

With this function you can perform tasks in an area other than the one you’re in without having to physically go to that area. Your access to other areas is limited by the scope of the keypad and your authority level. For example, if your passcode gives you authority to all areas supported by the control panel, but the keypad you’re working with is limited in scope to areas 1 and 2, then you only can move to either area 1 or area 2.

Upon moving to another area, the range of tasks you might perform depends upon the keypad you’re working with. Once you have performed a task (such as Turning the Area On), the keypad reverts back to its programmed area after 10 sec. Thus only one task can be performed in another area at a time.

1.Ensure your keypad shows idle disarmed text.

2.Press the CMD button. The display shows *System Command*.

3.Press the 5 button and then the 0 button.

If you prefer, you might use the function list in place of Steps 2 and 3 to initiate this function.

Press the Menu button to enter the function list.

Press the Next button repeatedly.

When you reach the Move To Area button, press it.

4.You might be prompted for your passcode. If so, enter your passcode and press the ENTER button. It appears on the display as asterisks (*).

The Exit button quits this function and return to idle text.

5.The keypad shows the Area Name Text of each area that falls within the scope of the keypad and authority level of the user, if applicable.

If the user's authority level will not permit access to a certain area and that area is not within the scope of the keypad, or the area is not enabled, it will not appear in the display.

If the area you wish to move to will not appear in this list, press the Next button to display additional areas.

To select an area, simply press the button corresponding to the Area Name.

6.Moving to…AREA 1 WAREHOUSE shows briefly, and then the text of the area you have moved to is shown (AREA 1 WAREHOUSE is used as an example here).

7.You are now able to perform tasks in this area. The number of areas to which you can move is limited by the scope of the keypad.

8.When you have completed all tasks in the area you have moved to, simply allow the keypad to time-out and revert to the area from which you started or enter the Move to Area function again.

Turning on Selected Areas

Areas covered in the scope of the keypad can be armed individually by accessing the Master Arm function through the menu.

1.Press the Menu button to enter the function list.

2.Press the Next button repeatedly until you reach the Master Arm button, and then press it.

3.You might be prompted for your passcode. It appears on the display as asterisks (*).

D1265 specifications

The Bosch Appliances D1265 dishwasher stands out as a testament to innovation, efficiency, and user-centric design in the ever-evolving landscape of home appliances. This model is characterized by its sleek and modern design, ensuring aesthetic integration with any kitchen decor.

One of the main features of the D1265 is its quiet operation. Operating at just 46 dB, it ranks among the quieter dishwashers available, allowing users to enjoy their kitchens without the disruptive noise typical of many other models. This is particularly valuable for open-concept living spaces, where sound can easily travel.

In addition to its quiet performance, the D1265 is designed for optimal cleaning efficiency. The dishwasher employs Bosch’s advanced PrecisionWash technology, which uses intelligent sensors to continually scan and check the progress of dishes throughout the wash cycle. This smart technology, combined with powerful spray arms and a filtration system, ensures that even heavily soiled pots and pans emerge spotless every time.

The appliance boasts multiple cycle options, including a quick wash setting that can clean lightly soiled dishes in just 30 minutes. Other options include heavy, auto, and Eco cycles, providing versatility to accommodate various needs and preferences. The Eco mode is particularly noteworthy as it emphasizes water and energy conservation without compromising cleaning performance.

The Bosch D1265 also features a flexible loading system, equipped with adjustable racks that can be configured to accommodate a wide range of dish sizes and shapes. The upper rack can be raised or lowered, while the lower rack comes with folding tines, making it easier to load larger items. This flexibility enhances the user experience and maximizes the capacity of the dishwasher.

Energy efficiency is a hallmark of Bosch appliances, and the D1265 is no exception. It is ENERGY STAR® certified, which means it meets rigorous efficiency guidelines set by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. This certification not only helps reduce energy bills but also contributes to a more sustainable household.

Furthermore, the D1265 design includes a stainless-steel tub, which is not only durable but also improves drying results through better heat retention. The model incorporates Bosch's advanced drying technology, ensuring that dishes are not just clean but also dry and ready to use right out of the machine.

In summary, the Bosch Appliances D1265 dishwasher combines quiet operation, advanced cleaning technologies, flexible loading options, and energy efficiency, making it a highly practical choice for modern households seeking reliability and performance in their kitchen appliances.
