Custom Combination Program – Upper Oven

JetDirect Convection plus Microwave

The JetDirect Convection mode plus the Microwave mode can be manually combined to cook a variety of foods. The following items are examples of foods that can be cooked using the Custom Combination setting:

Specialty cakes - such as Cheesecake, Cheesepie and Chiffon Cake

Ham or Pork Roasts

Turkey Breast, Boneless or Bone-In

Whole Turkey (11-12 lbs)

The user selects the combination of oven temperature, microwave power level and cooking time for this program.

Use the chart on Page 34 as a guide for food items, ovenware, oven temperature, microwave power level

and total cooking time.

Custom Combination is not a preprogrammed mode and the oven does not reduce the cooking time.

Always preheat the oven before entering the microwave power level and cooking time.

Microwave cooking time cannot exceed 1 hour 40 minutes without being reset.

When cooking time has finished, the microwave will turn off. The JetDirect Convection heat will remain on and must be turned off manually.

Ovenware may be metal, oven-safe glass or glass ceramic.

Use low-sided pans when possible. Place food in center of rack.
