CJ Oven Care and Use Manual

The Control Panel *

The control panel allows you to set either the upper or lower oven. As you touch the pads, words and numbers appear in the display windows.Touch only one pad at a time.

CONTROL MENU – These pads set the oven 66 modes and select the oven to be used. (For upper oven, see Page 12; for lower oven, Page 38.)

DISPLAYWINDOW – CLOCK/TIMER –This window shows the clock and timer settings. The 77 Timer setting counts down in minutes. The clock setting displays the time of day and the “panel lock” confirmation.

PANEL LOCK (CHILD LOCKOUT) – prevents the control pads from being activated when the oven is not being used. To lock cooking modes in the off position, touch and hold for 3 seconds; repeat to cancel.

CLOCK and TIMERS – These pads select the CLOCK and TIMERS that operate independently of any oven mode.

CLOCK – selects the time of day on the 12-hour or 24-hour clock.

DISPLAY WINDOW – MODE – This window
