Cover loosely with wax paper or microwave-safe plastic wrap.

Arrange items according to Microwave Cooking Techniques, Page 24.

Reheat items on upper rack.

Timings are for items starting at refrigerator temperature.

Stir food if possible, re-cover and allow to stand 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
