DELAYED TIMED COOK

This feature is available only for BAKE, CONVECTION BAKE and CONVECTION ROAST mode.

The automatic timer of the Delayed Timed Cook will turn the oven ON and OFF at the time you select in advance.

To set the oven for a Delayed Start . (example for baking at 300°F for 30 minutes and starting at 4:30 pm):

Be sure that the clock is set with the correct time of day.

Arrange interior oven rack(s) and place the food in the oven.

Touch BAKE. 350°F will appear in the display.

Set the oven temperature (Touch 3, 0 and 0).

Touch COOK TIME.

NOTE:

If you want to change cook time, repeat steps 5~6 and touch

START.

Set the desired baking time (Touch 3, 0 and 0).

NOTE:

Baking time can be set for any amount of time from 1 minute to 11 hours and 59 minutes.

Touch START TIME.

Set the desired start time (Touch 4, 3 and 0).

Touch START. At the set time, a short beep will sound. The oven will begin to Bake.

Touch CLEAR/OFF to cancel Delayed Timed Bake at any time.

When the Delayed Timed Cook finishes:

END OF CYCLE and the time of day will show in the display. The oven will shut off automatically.

The COOK END indicator tone will sound every 60 seconds until the CLEAR/OFF is touched.

NOTE:

During oven operation, it is possible that the oven cooling fan will operate to cool the control panel. This is normal operation.

If you set 12-hours clock, the maximum hours you can delay will be just 12-hours. If you set 24 hours clock, you can delay the cook for 24 hours.

CAUTION

Use caution with the TIMED BAKE or DELYAYED TIMED BAKE features. Use the automatic timer when cooking cured or frozen meats and most fruits and vegetables. Foods that can easily spoil, such as milk, eggs, fish, meat or poultry, should be chilled in the refrigerator first. Even when chilled, they should not stand in the oven for more than 1 hour before cooking begins, and should be removed promptly when cooking is completed.
