HOT SURFACE INDICATOR

A Hot Surface indicator light will glow when the surface is too hot to touch because of the heating element. It will remain on after the element is turned off and the surface has cooled to approximately 150 deg F.

CAUTION

DO NOT touch surface elements until it has cooled down sufficiently.

-The surface elements may still be hot and burns may occur.

USING THE ELEMENT

To turn on a SINGLE surface unit:

(Left Rear, Right Rear)

Push the knob in.

Turn the knob in either direction to the setting you want.

The control knob clicks when it Is positioned at both OFF and HI.

NEVER leave food unattended at high or medium- high setting.

-Boil overs can cause smoke. Greasy spillovers may catch on fire.

There is one dual element located in the left front position. This allows you to change the size of element.
