1Steaks, Chops, Fish fillets and Chicken legs should be frozen in one layer.

2For shielding the defrosted parts, use small, flat pieces of aluminium foil.

3The poultry should be cooked immediately after defrosting.

4Arrange the food in the oven as shown below:
