Marking a Message as Private or Urgent

To review or modify a Personal Voice Mail Group from the NBX NetSet utility:

1Log in Netset > NBX Messaging > Personal Group List. You see a list of your current personal voice mail groups.

2Select the group to review or modify.

3Click Modify.

4You can change the Name for the group.

5You can enter any VPIM extensions in the VPIMs box.

6You can select members from the Non-Members list and move them to the Members list by clicking the left arrow. OR select members from the Members list and move them to the Non-Members list by clicking the right arrow.

7Click Apply and OK to complete your changes.

To delete a Personal Voice Mail Group from the NBX NetSet utility:

1Log in Netset > NBX Messaging > Personal Group List. You see a list of your current personal voice mail groups.

2Select the group to delete.

3Click Remove.

4Click Yes to confirm.

Marking a Message When you compose a voice message, you can select Private or Urgent as Private or Urgent from the delivery options. If you do not select a delivery option, your

message is sent as a Normal message.

Private Messages — The recipient cannot forward the message to others.

Urgent Messages — Places the message at the beginning of the recipient’s message queue. Urgent messages are heard first.
