Directed Call Pickup

on a Specific

Telephone

Group Call Pickup

To view the list of Call Pickup groups of which you are a member:

1Log in to NBX NetSet > User Information > Call Pickup.

2Select the group number that you want to view from the Group List, and click Details to list the members of that group.

You can answer a call that is ringing on a specific user’s telephone.

To pick up a call from your 3Com Manager’s Telephone:

1Pick up the handset.

1Press the Features soft button.

2Scroll to Pickup, Directed.

3Press Select.

4Dial the extension of the ringing telephone and press #.

Using One-Touch Pickup:

1Pick up the handset.

2Press the Access button that your administrator has assigned to Pickup

Ext.

3Dial the extension number of the ringing telephone.

You can answer a call that is ringing on a group member’s telephone.

To pick up a call from your 3Com Manager’s Telephone:

1Pick up the handset.

1Press the Features soft button.

2Scroll to Pickup, Group.

3Press Select.

4Dial the group number of the ringing telephone and press #.

Using One-Touch Pickup:

1Pick up the handset.

2Press the Access button that your administrator has assigned to Pickup Group.

3Dial the group number.
