Rx Enabled (Rx PAUSE) — The adapter processes PAUSE frames when receiving, but does not transmit PAUSE frame.

Tx Enabled (Tx PAUSE) — The adapter transmits PAUSE frames, but ignores PAUSE frames when receiving.
