Loosely attach segment E-Fto mounting ring hub, diameter setting bands, and seg- ments A-Fand D-Ewith joining plates (P/N 49424) on panel seams E-Eand F-F. Loosely attach joining plates (P/N 49693) on rim seams E-Eand F-F.
