Approach Transition Operation will usually be preceded by En Route Operations. Approach Transition will be preceded by Approach Active in the event of a missed approach or a canceled approach.

Note that there are two methods to enable an approach.

Enable Approach - Method 1

Press ENTER when the “Enable Approach?” prompt is
