6.If trouble is experienced with this equipment (the model of which is indicated below) please contact Black Box at the address shown below for details of how to have repairs made. If the trouble is causing harm to the telephone network, the telephone company may request you remove the equipment from the network until the problem is resolved.

7.No repairs are to be made by you. Repairs are to be made only by Black Box. Unauthorized repairs void registration and warranty.

8.This equipment cannot be used on public coin service provided by the telephone company. Connection to Party Line Service is subject to state tariffs. (Contact the state public utility commission, public service commission or corporation commission for information.)
