PREPARING FOR A CONFERENCE

If you are inserting a header more than 20 characters long, you can scroll the text horizontally by using the left and right arrow keys on the keyboard.

To define the number of copies:

• Select the ‘Number of Copies’ field and type in the required number.
NOTE: The up and down arrow buttons on the right-hand side of this field
can be used to scroll to the required number. The maximum number of copies
that can be printed is nine.	3

When you have specified all print parameters:

• Click on the ‘Print’ push button.

The appropriate information will be printed.
