4Installation Overview

The VEZ-400 Mini PTZ Dome camera comes with the hardware and installation instructions necessary to mount the camera to a ceiling.

This following mounting accessories are available (and are supplied with separate mounting instructions):

–Wall mount, used in applications where the camera is mounted to a vertical wall.

–Pipe mount, used in applications where the camera is mounted to a horizontal (high) ceiling.

–In-ceiling mount, used in applications where the camera is mounted into a recessed ceiling.

The installation should be made by qualified installation personnel and conform to the National Electrical Code and applicable local codes.

TO REDUCE THE RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK, DO NOT PERFORM ANY SERVICING OTHER THAN THAT CONTAINED IN THE OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS, UNLESS YOU ARE QUALIFIED TO DO SO.

In USA and Canada, use Class 2 power supply unit (PSU) only.

NOTICE!

A grounded conduit is required in order to meet the EMC

Regulation Requirements.

NOTICE!

The 60cm/23.5" cable attached to the VEZ-400 Mini PTZ Dome camera is designed to make the necessary cable connections outside of the camera in a junction box (not included).
