Transmission Verification (Xmit) Report

TheTransmissionVerificationReportcanbeusedasproofthatyousentafax.Itlists thenameorfaxnumberofthereceivingparty,thetimeanddateoftransmission,and whetherthetransmissionwassuccessful.ThefactorydefaultsettingisOFF.

OFF: The report will be printed automatically only if an error occurs during transmission.Ifthereportsays“Result:NG”thensendallthepagesagain.If thereportsays“Result:Checkreadabilityoftransmittedpage(s)02,05”then send only pages 2 and 5 again.

ON: Areportwillbeprintedautomatically.Itisimportanttoreadtheresultofeach reporttocheckthatthetransmissionwassuccessful.
