Turning on Manual Feed
Your MFC has a manual feed slot at the back of machine.
Use the manual feed slot when you want to copy on thicker paper.

If there is paper in the paper tray you will have to take it out, and then load one sheet of paper at a time in the manual feed slot.
Place the original face up in the ADF, or face down on the scanner glass.
Press Options and 
or 
to select MANUAL FEED. Press Menu/Set.
Press

to select ON (or OFF).
Press Menu/Set.
Take the paper out of the paper tray.
Open the manual feed slot cover.
In the manual feed slot, insert one sheet of paper with the side you wish to print on face up.
Align the paper at the center of the manual feed slot and insert it all the way in. Adjust the paper guides to the width of the paper.
Press Black Copy or Color
Copy.
