Fax Forwarding/Paging

You cannot use Paging and Fax Forwarding at the same time. You cannot use Paging and Fax Forwarding when Fax Storage is set to OFF.

Programming a Fax Forwarding number

When Fax Forwarding is set to ON, your MFC stores the received fax in the memory. Then it dials the fax number you’ve programmed and forwards the fax message.

Press Menu/Set, 2, 5, 1.

Press or until the LCD shows

FAX FORWARD?.

Press Menu/Set.

The LCD will ask you to enter the fax number to which faxes will be forwarded.

Enter the forwarding number (up to 20 digits).

Press Menu/Set.

Press Stop/Exit.
