The prompt will announce, “You have (n) new messages”.

Your new message(s) will be played back, starting with the first message received.

To skip back during message playback

message playback to skip back to the start of the current message. Press again to return to the start of the previous messages.

To delete all messages

When all messages have been played the prompt will announce, “End of messages. To delete all messages, press 5”.

The prompt will announce, “All messages deleted”.

This is a useful timesaving feature to delete all messages, once you have listened to them, and avoids having to delete each one individually during playback.

To skip forward during message playback

To delete individual messages during playback

Memos

A personal memo can be recorded on your Synergy 3500 and left as a message for another user. Memos can be of any length, up to the maximum recording capacity (13 minutes), but you should try to keep them short to allow time for recording incoming messages.

Note

You cannot record a memo using the base unit.
