If you wish to personalise your answering machine settings, for example record your own outgoing message etc, please see “Setting up and personalising your answering machine” beginning on page 35.

The answering machine will now be switched ON and set to its default settings so your Synergy 3500 is now ready for use.

Additionally, if you have purchased the Synergy 3500 Twin:

1.Connect the power supply to the charger (item code 003313).

Plug the power adaptor into the mains power socket on the underside of the charger.

Plug the adaptor into the mains power supply and switch on.

Note

The charger must be plugged into the mains power socket at all times.

2.Install the rechargeable batteries in the handset.

3.Charge the handset batteries for at least 16 hours.

Your Synergy 3000 additional handset comes pre-registered to the main base station as SYNERGY HS2. This will be shown on the display.

Your Synergy 3500 Twin

is now ready for use.
