Registering Information in Your Machine

1	Press [Menu].
2	Press [	(-)] or [	(+)] to select <FAX SETTINGS> ➞ press [OK].
3	Press [	(-)] or [	(+)] to select <USER SETTINGS> ➞ press [OK].
4	Press [	(-)] or [	(+)] to select <R-KEY SETTING> ➞ press [OK].
5	Press [	(-)] or [	(+)] to select <PBX> ➞ press [OK].
6	Press [	(-)] or [	(+)] to select the access type of your switching system.

●If you selected <HOOKING>:

❑Press [OK].

●If you selected <PREFIX>:

❑Press [OK].

❑Use the numeric keys to enter the outside line access number (max. 19 digits) ➞ [Redial/Pause] to enter a pause ➞ [OK].

NOTE

If you do not press [Redial/Pause] before pressing [OK], you cannot complete the registration.

7 Press [Stop/Reset] to return to the standby display.
