3Click BigPond Cable, then enter the following settings, as appropriate:

Field	Description
User Name	The username for your BigPond account.
Password	The password for your BigPond account.
Login Server IP	The IP address of the Login Server, if required. (Optional)
Renew IP forever	If this is enabled, the router automatically connects to your ISP after it is restarted
	or when the connection is dropped.

LAN

CONFIGURING YOUR LAN

LAN is short for Local Area Network, and is considered your internal network. These are the IP settings of the LAN interface for the router. The LAN IP address is private to your internal network and cannot be seen on the Internet.

To configure your LAN:

1Access the Configuration menu by following the instructions in To access the Web-based configuration utility: on page 13.

2Click the LAN button. The LAN Settings screen opens.

	3 Enter the following settings, as appropriate:
Field		Description
IP Address		The IP address of the LAN interface. The default IP address is: 192.168.0.1
Subnet Mask		The subnet mask of the LAN interface. The default subnet mask is 255.255.255.0
