To turn off displayed data:
1.Press MENU↓ to OVERLAY DATAENT.
2.Press ↓ or ↑ to select Data Type, then press ← → until the checkmark next the selected data type disappears. After you have turned off the data type, you can use ↓ ↑ to select another data type.
3.To return to the previous page, press EXIT.

Ping Speed & HyperScroll™
Ping Speed controls the rate at which the transmitter and transducer broadcast sonar sound waves — pings — into the water. The unit has a default ping speed of 50 percent. At normal boating speeds, this auto- matically provides enough return echoes to refresh the screen and scroll the chart at maximum chart speed.
But when you are running at high speeds or just want the fastest pos- sible screen update, you may want to use the HyperScroll™ feature. When you change the Ping Speed to any setting greater than 50 per- cent, the unit automatically enters HyperScroll mode.
