c) Locate the upper u- shaped section of t he r oll bar . Install the upper roll bar
section using t he t wo 1/2-13 x 3 1/4 capscrews f r om st ep b and t wo 1/2-13
hex flange lock nuts. Do not over t ighten. Make sure upper r oll bar can
pivot fr eely.
Notes:
Make sure the capscrew and nuts are installed with the nut to the inside of
the roll bar.
Make sure the tab on the lanyard washer is installed as shown and points
toward the f r ont of the unit .
d) Torque all lower roll bar hardware attached t o t he m achine fram e t o 30 ft- lbs.
(41-47 N-m ).
e) Tight en the fr ont knobs against t he upper roll bar ends.

3.3 SE RVICE BATTERY
The machine is shipped with a filled lead acid battery.
3.3.1 Unhook seat lat c h and t ilt seat up to gain access t o the battery.
