Setup Guide Checklist

cChapter 1: Download and install Global Configurator.

cChapter 2: Make the IPL T S cable connections.

3.c Serial devices

cChapter 3: Create a Global Configurator project file. Add and configure a device. Build and upload the GC project file. Launch the GlobalViewer® interface.

1.c Download device drivers.

2.c Create a new Global Configurator project file.

3.c Add a device.

4c Define the location of the new device.

5.c Save the new Global Configurator file.

6.c Configure contacts.

7.c Configure e-mail.

8.c Assign device drivers.

9.c Set scheduled actions and e-mail deliveries.

10. c Set monitored conditions.

11. c Build the Global Configurator file.

12. c Upload the Global Configurator file.

13.c Change device settings, such as the e-mail server (if desired).

14.c Launch the GlobalViewer interface.
