	DTR	The Data Terminal Ready signal is used.

	DETECT	The printer detects DSR.
<DUPLEX>	FULL	Simultaneous data transmission occurs in opposite
		directions.
	HALF	Data transmission occurs in either direction, but not
		simultaneously.
<CTS>	IGNORE	The printer ignores CTS.
	DETECT	The printer detects CTS.
