Replacing the power supply
2 Unplug the power cord from the failed power supply.
3 While pressing the power supply’s lever release latch, pull the lever away from the server.
4 Pull the power supply straight out of the server.
5 Slide the new power supply into the power supply bay as far as it will go, then swing the lever up until it snaps into place.
6 Plug the power cord into the new power supply. The new power supply is ready if the bottom green LED is on and the top LED is on or blinking.
