Model OFG- 390
The airflow switch senses the flow of air coming from the
blower. If the airflow is reduced below a set amount, the
switch will cut power to the control valve, which shuts the
burners down.
Replacement | 1. Remove electrical power supplied to the unit. |
To avoid electrical shock or property damage, move the POWER switch to OFF and disconnect main circuit breaker, or unplug cord at wall receptacle.
2.Remove control panel.
3.Remove screws securing air switch to the frame, and remove switch.
3.Pull hose from switch from under fryer.
4.Disconnect wires from switch.
Mark wires before removal to insure new airflow switch is wired correctly.
5.Install new airflow switch in reverse order.
To avoid property damage, do not tamper with, or disas- semble this component. It is set and sealed from the factory and is not to be adjusted.
