Making Copies

1 Load your document (up to 20 pages) in the front tray with the printed side away from you. If necessary, adjust the document guides for the width of your document.

Note: Always remove staples and paper clips from your original before copying. You can purchase scan/copy sleeves to protect fragile or damaged originals during copying.

Tip! To change copy resolution and reduction settings see page 16. (For example, Text resolution is black and white only. Photo resolution has 256 shades of gray.)

2Press Copy, then enter the number of copies you want.

3 Press Copy again to begin copying.

Note: To stop copying at any time, press Stop.
