Installing Storage Devices

Installing a Hard Disk Drive in Position 2 (Front Position)

Perform the following procedure to install a hard disk drive:

1Disconnect the cable from the floppy disk drive, as shown in Figure 33.

a Lift the locking ring on the connector to the up, or unlocked position.

b While holding the locking ring in the unlocked position, pull the cable out of the connector.
