The fields available from the Plugin Registration tab are shown in Table 4-2:

Table 4-2.Plugin Registration Option Fields

Field	Description
vCenter Server	The name of the vCenter Server.
User Name	The administrator user name.
Password	The administrator user password.

■If you are registering the plug-in, click Register.

■If you are unregistering the plug-in, click Unregister.

NOTE: VMware vCenter Server 4.0 and 4.1 are supported in this release.

NOTE: The same instance of 3PAR Management Plug-In and Recovery Manager for VMware vSphere can be registered with multiple vCenter Servers.

NOTE: The name of the vCenter Server entered during registration must be used for unregistration. For example, if you used the fully qualified domain name to register, you must use the fully qualified domain name to unregister.

4.3.3 vCenter Status

The vCenter Status option displays a list of vCenter Servers to which the 3PAR Management Plug-In and Recovery Manager for VMware vSphere are registered. The vCenter Status option is shown in (Figure 4-6).
