session is provided in the section “Remote Control Proxy startup” on page 133.
Attention: The rcproxy command included in Example 3-16 shows some 
error messages that can be ignored. That is because  the RC Proxies are not 
installed on top of the TFST Proxies (Endpoint Proxy or Gateway Proxy).
