Note: Remove the external keyboard if the inter board is to be tested.

If the internal keyboard does not work or an u character appears, make sure that the flexible extending from the keyboard is correctly seate nector.

If the test detects a keyboard problem, do one at a time to correct the problem. Do not defective FRU.

The following auxiliary input devices are support computer:

Ÿ Mouse (PS/2 compatible)

ŸExternal keyboard (with keyboard/mouse cable)

If any of these devices do not work, reseat nector and repeat the failing operation.

If the problem does not reoccur, replace the then the system board.
