If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:

∙Re-orient or relocate the receiving antenna.

∙Increase the separation between the equipment and the receiver.

∙Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that of the receiver.

∙Consult the dealer or a experienced audio television technician.

Note: Connecting this device to peripheral devices that do not comply with CLASS B requirements or using an unshielded peripheral data cable could also result in harmful interference to radio or television reception.

The user is cautioned that any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate this equipment.

To ensure the use of this product does not contribute to interference, it is necessary to use shielded I/O Cables.

We hereby certify that the INI-9100UW and INI-9100U PCI-SCSI Bus Master Host Adapter, in compliance with the requirements of BMPT Vfg 243/1991, is RFI suppressed. The normal operation of some equipment (e.g., signal generators) may be subject to specific restrictions. Please observe the notices in the user’s manual.

The marketing and sale of the equipment was reported to the Federal Office for Telecommunication Permits (BZT). The right to retest this equipment to verify compliance with the regulation was given to the ZZF.

EN 55 9100UW2 Declaration of Conformance

This is to certify that Initio INI-9100UW and INI-9100U PCI-SCSI Bus Master Host Adapter is shielded against the generation of radio interference in accordance with the application of Council Directive 89/336/EEC, Article 4a. Conformity is declared by the application of EN 55 9100UW2:1987 Class B (CISPR 22:1985/BS 6527:1988).
