| If you start sewing without pulling down the buttonhole lever, |
| the LCD screen will show a warning and the machine will |
| stop after a few stitches. Pull the buttonhole lever down and |
| restart the machine. |
v | v Insert the corner of the fabric under the foot. Press |
| the up/down needle button twice. |
| Remove the fabric to the left to draw the needle |
| thread through the hole of the foot. |
| Place the garment under the foot, and lower the |
| needle at the starting point of the buttonhole mark. |
| Then lower the automatic buttonhole foot R. |
