Reemplazo de las fresas cortantes

Si las fresas cortantes se dañan o han llegado al final de su vida útil (usualmente después de moler 600–800 libras [270–360 kg] de café), se pueden reemplazar fácilmente. Comuníquese con KitchenAid al 1-800-541-6390 para ordenar un juego de fresas de reemplazo.

Para reemplazar las fresas:

1.Quite los ensamblajes de placa frontal y eje de la fresa. Para instrucciones, véase “Limpieza de las fresas cortantes” pasos 1, 2 y 3 en las páginas 53 y 54.

2.Con un destornillador de punta de estrella, quite la fresa del ensamblaje del eje de la fresa girando los dos tornillos de montaje de la fresa en el sentido contrario a las manecillas del reloj hasta que se aflojen.

3.Saque la fresa de la cubierta del motor girando los dos tornillos de montaje de la fresa en el sentido contrario a las manecillas del reloj hasta que se aflojen.

4.Sujete las fresas de reemplazo al ensamblaje de eje de la fresa y a la cubierta del motor usando los tornillos de montaje de la fresa. Asegúrese que las superficies cortantes de las fresas miren hacia afuera, y que los tornillos de montaje de la fresa estén ajustados.

5.Inserte el ensamblaje de eje de la fresa en la cubierta del motor y sujete el ensamblaje de placa frontal. Para instrucciones, véase “Limpieza de las fresas cortantes” pasos 5 – 10 en las páginas 54 y 55.
