Uso del modo “Buffet”

Este modo es ideal para la recepción o para aquellos casos en que necesite mantener tibia la comida precalentada durante varias horas.

No cocine, descongele o precaliente alimentos en el modo “Buffet”. Se debe utilizar para mantener tibias las comidas cocidas precalentadas antes de servir.

1.Gire el control de cocción y servicio al modo “Buffet” y la pantalla de tres dígitos indicará “buF”. No se encenderá ningún indicador luminoso.

2.La olla lenta funcionará en modo “Buffet” hasta por seis horas.

3.Una vez transcurrido este tiempo, la pantalla y la unidad se apagan. Todos los restos de comida se deben sacar rápidamente y refrigerar o congelar.

Uso de los modos “Cocción lenta” (“Simmer”), “Baja” (“Low”), “Alta” (“High”) y “Auto”

1.Gire el control de cocción y servicio de 5 modos a “Cocción lenta” (“Simmer”), “Baja” (“Low”), “Alta” (“High”) o “Auto”. La pantalla de tiempo de cocción indicará el ajuste predeterminado y comenzará su cuenta hasta 0:00.

2.Presione los botones “-” o “+” para acortar o prolongar el tiempo de cocción.

3.Una vez que la pantalla del temporizador contó hasta “0:00”, la pantalla mostrará “Fin” (“End”); tres pitidos de 1 segundo indicarán el final del tiempo de cocción y la olla cambiará automáticamente a “Mantener tibio” (“Keep Warm”) y se mantendrá por el término de cuatro horas.

4.Una vez transcurrido este tiempo, la pantalla y la unidad se apagan.
