1cucharadita (15 ml) de azúcar negra

34 cucharaditas (3 ml) de comino molido

12 cucharadita (2 ml) de sal

14 cucharadita (1 ml) de pimiento rojo molido

3dientes de ajo, picados

1cucharada (15 ml) de aceite de oliva

1cebolla grande, picado grueso

3-4 pimientos jalapeños, sin semillas y cortados en tiras

12 taza (125 ml) de caldo de gallina

2cucharadas (30 ml) de harina

1taza (250 ml) de leche de coco

Colocar la carne de cerdo en el recipiente de cerámica de la olla lenta. En un pequeño recipiente, combinar polvo de curry, azúcar negra, tomillo, comino, sal y pimiento rojo. Remover en el ajo y el aceite hasta que se mezcle bien. Agregar al cerdo; revolver hasta cubrir en forma pareja. Agregar cebolla, pimientos jalapeños y caldo de gallina.
