Book Frame Erase will erase the designated area around the left, right, top and bottom edges of a book.

Book Center Erase Book Frame + Center Erase will erase around all four sides of the copy (left, right, top and bottom) as well as the center to eliminate and shading caused by the binding.

NEGATIVE-POSITIVE REVERSE

The Negative-Positive Reverse Feature “reverses” the original tones of the document. The white part (background) becomes black and the black (text) becomes white.

FILE MARGIN

The File Margin feature shifts the image of the original

to the right to leave a margin along the left edge of the copy. This is often done when the copy will be bound (hole punched in a three ring folder or placed in a report cover) so that the text along the left edge can be easily read.
