IMAGE STABILIZING SYSTEM

The Image Stabilizing System available on the bizhub 180 is a means of compensating for the deterioration of the PC Drum that naturally occurs over the course of time and use. When the PC drum deteriorates, the carrier cannot hold the toner and as a result the toner begins to scatter. The Image Stabilizing System prevents this process from occurring, thereby ensuring clean, crisp copies and prints.

MT-HG DEVELOPING SYSTEM

MT-HG is the acronym for Micro-Toning High Grade. This developing system has been optimized for 600 dpi high resolution images. MT-HG is a two-component developing system that incorporates small diameter carriers that are able to reproduce all aspects of the copy image. The results are clear, crisp and accurately defined lines and halftones printed at 600 dpi resolution.
