Changing Ringer Volume

To change the ringer volume so that it always rings at a certain level:

1.Select Menu → Settings → Sounds → Ringer Volume.

2.Press right/left or press up/down to adjust the volume.

3.Press to save the setting you selected.

End-of-Call Options

When you have completed a call, “Call ended” appears on your phone, along with the duration of the call and the caller’s phone number. Additional options depend on whether or not the caller’s contact information has been recorded in your Contacts Directory.

New Contacts

After receiving a call from or making a call to a phone number that is not in your Contacts Directory, the following menu options are displayed. To select an option, highlight it and press .

￿Save New saves the phone number in your Contacts Directory. (See “Saving a Phone Number” on page 21.)

￿Add to adds the number to an existing contact.

Existing Contacts

After receiving a call from or making a call to a phone number that is in your Contacts Directory, the following option appears:

￿View Contact allows you to view the caller’s contact information. To select this option, press .

Note: The End-of-Call options are not displayed for calls identified as No ID, Restricted, or Private.

Your Sprint PCS Phone can store up to 200 contacts. Each contact can store up to 6 phone numbers and the contact’s name can contain 50 characters.
