	Pin 10 to pin 5— 5VDC
	Are voltages present?
7	Remove I/O board shield.	Go to step 8.	Replace cable.
	See “I/O board removal”		Retest printer. If
	on page 4-70for steps to		error clears,
	remove I/O board shield.		problem solved,
	Disconnect DCN12 from		otherwise go to
	I/O board. Check for		step 8.
	continuity and shorted pins
	on cable that connects
	DCN12 to main motor. Is
	cable okay?
