CODING THE METER

Code numbers are used to calibrate the meter with the test strips for reliable results.

Make sure you set the code:

•Before using the meter for the first time.

•Every time you change to another vial of test strips.

Check that the code number on the display matches the code number on the test strip vial.

Step 1: Turn on the meter

The meter code will appear on the display for a moment along with the current time and date and then the message INSERT CODE 9 (for example) STRIP will appear.
